We'll come to you! Stay safe and shelter-in-place while we arrange a convenient time to come to you, unless towing arrangements have already been made.
Once we've assessed the damage first hand, we'll be able to identify underlying damage. Our certified technicians typically find things like fringed wires, weather stripping leaks, or even a cracked frame.
VEHICLE DISASSEMBLY
Disassembling impacted areas down to the frame can expose areas of weakness that untrained or unprofessional shops tend to avoid. We take the time to do things right.
Afterwards, a thorough review is reported to your insurance adjuster and an anticipated start date can be scheduled.
VEHICLE REPAIR
We choose brand new OEM parts first before anything else. Your insurance company ultimately decides what they'll pay for. But we'll help you navigate a best case scenario.
We follow manufacturer's specifications for repair, communicate updates to you either through email, SMS, or phone call and give you an estimated completion date. Please be aware though that due to the coronavirus, parts deliveries may be delayed.
VEHICLE PAINT
Careful preparation and paint application are the keys to a slick looking paint job. IT also helps that we use manufacturer recommended colors and sealants for our finish.
Quality Control oversees that all areas are repaired to satisfaction.
VEHICLE REASSEMBLY
We connect vehicle systems and components and restore settings back to default. Then we test drive vehicles to check for wind noise and warning notifications. Safety is the standard. A final delivery date is suggested at this time.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
In addition to the test drive, a multi-point inspection report is completed and reviewed by a peer. Your vehicle now gets treated to a "spa day" inside/outside auto detailing, to reward it for all the work it's been through. Final delivery is confirmed.
